If you have updated to DEVONnote or DEVONthink 2.3.1 via the Mac App Store it could be that the updated version does not work. We have already fixed this issue with version 2.3.2 and sent an update to Apple but it’s still in the review queue. If you need to access your data until Apple releases the update please feel free to download a DEVONthink or DEVONnote trial from our website and use it in the meantime. — Please apologize the inconveniences.

might be suprising for you, but i’m really working with the devon tool. And i am waiting for FIVE days to get the right update. So you shouldn’t mess around with the apple review queue, this can least months. Just put the updatefile on your server, so we can update from there. Thank you so far

You can update immediately if you purchased in our online shop. If you purchased in the Mac App Store we’re all solely in God’s and Apple’s hands, I am afraid.

yes, purchased DevonThink in the Mac-Appstore and because I can`t wait for god or apple, what might be the same, I bought a windows-pc. Now cuecards is doing the job devonthink did. I found my data in your backupfiles and transferred it. So everything is fine, no messing around with the appstore anymore.
