Just a quick notice that our head office is closed from Jun 10 through June 27, 2011, for the Pentecost school vacations. Our email support will, of course, be maintained but could be somewhat slower than usual. See you all again end of June! And yes, the photo to the right is from Sérignan, L’Hérault, France, where we’re going to stay the next ten days.

Joe Kissell Talks About His Ebook

Just a quick note that Joe Kissell talks about his new ebook Take Control of Getting Started with DEVONthink 2 on MacVoices. Definitely something worth listening to! And on another note: Our HQ will be closed from tomorrow until Tuesday, April 6, 2010 (Easter school holidays). Support by email will, as always, still be available, of course.

France, WWDC, and a disappearing inbox

I am freshly back from our vacation in Vias, France, and I have already dived the email flood that awaited me. It’s also WWDC week which will hopefully give us more insight into some burning hot stuff around Mac OS X 10.6. Some users have also reported that, why o’ ever, their global inbox suddenly disappeared with the latest public beta of DEVONthink. If this also happened to you, here’s how you can fix it.

HQ closed for Pentecost holidays

Just a quick note that our European head office in Stuttgart, Germany, is closed from May 25 through June 5 for Pentecost school holidays. I’ll be a few days in Vias, France, and while I have my iPhone with me, general inquiries will need to wait a few days until I am back in the office. Of course, customer support as well as our online forum are, as usual, not affected.

Happy Easter!

Back from the States, and some insight

As I had posted here before my vacation, we were not just visiting Chicago, IL, and the wonderful Lake Michigan in the last three weeks, but we also invaded Bill DeVille’s log cabin. We spend a wonderful and relaxing week with literally tons of great barbecue. Staying miles away from any civilization somewhere the Indiana forest has … challenges to it … but we mastered. And, I finally found out why we only get good marks for our customer support...

Head Office closed until September 3rd, 2008

Just a quick note that our head office in Stuttgart, Germany, is closed from August 19th through September 3rd for our summer vacation. This year we’ll combine fun with business and after a trip to the Windy City (Chigaco, IL, USA) and a bit up along the Lake Michigan we’ll visit our support hero Bill DeVille in his lovely log cabin down in Brown County, Indiana. So, in the next two weeks I may read my personal email on my...
